Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are orders for Goods which are expected to arrive in the future. All pre-orders are paid for at the time of placing an order. Expected delivery times on pre-ordered Goods are approximate and are subject to change. All pre-orders are non-refundable once full payment is made and you may not cancel your pre-order (subject to our Cancellation Policy). Aside from the necessary time for our artisans to handcraft your item, it takes between 4 and 6 weeks purely for the container shipping process alone which can be impacted by weather, customs processing and shipping authorities. Such events are outside our control and we are unable to expedite individual orders.
